The workshop is intended to provide students with an understanding of the reasons why transport and space activities have progressively been regulated at the European level, and will pay attention to the political, economic and legal aspects of the topic. Particular emphasis will be put on the achievement of the internal market in the field of transport. Students will also be introduced to the issues which affect the development of EU transport and space policies such as sustainable development and climate change, research and innovation or security and anti-terrorism.
