13th Intensive Seminar on the EU

The 13th consecutive Intensive Seminar on the EU, organised by the College of Europe's Development Office, was opened this morning by Dr. Marc Vuijlsteke.
He welcomed the three-week programme participants to the College. They will be joined on the 10th of July by the participants in the two-week and the one-week programmes. In total, about 30 nationalities will be represented.
