14th Bruges Colloquium: Vulnerabilities in Armed Conflicts: Selected Issues

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the College of Europe are pleased to invite you to the 14^th Bruges Colloquium on International Humanitarian Law. In light of the 150th  anniversary of the ICRC and humanitarian action, this year's edition will focus on "Vulnerabilities in Armed Conflicts: Selected Issues". The Colloquium will be held in Bruges on the 17^th and 18^th October 2013.

The Colloquium is designed to encourage an open exchange of views, among and between both experts and non-specialists interested in the subject.
