Academic Closing Ceremony (Bruges Campus)

On Friday 19 June 2009 all students of the Bruges campus were invited to the official Closing Ceremony of the academic year 2008-2009.

The ceremony was followed by a reception and the traditional Rector's dinner at 7 p.m. in Garenmarkt.

Speeches were given by Mr Jean-Luc Dehaene, President of the Administrative Council, Mrs Maria do Carmo Marques-Pinto (Madame de Staël Promotion), EU Advisor to the Pime Minister of Bulgaria, Mrs Marie Jeanne dos Santos (John Locke Promotion), President of the Alumni Association and Rector Paul Demaret.

Prizes were presented by distinguished guests.
