ETCR Seminar

The 44th annual postgraduate course for Railway Staff 'Competitiveness of the European Railways' in cooperation with ETCR (European Training Centre for Railways staff) takes place at the College. The 51 participants from 18 European countries are lawyers, civil engineers and managers with key positions in various European Railway organisations.
