The design and management of projects from A to Z

This seminar is an interactive journey through the lifespan of European projects, from EU funding to tender writing, project implementation and evaluation. Participants will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the essential techniques for successful, cost-effective management of EU projects. This is a particularly pertinent course for those wishing to understand the EU funding process in these most uncertain economic times. The seminar will take place in Bruges from 30 May to 3 June 2022 and is organized by the College of Europe Development Office.

Another online edition takes place in 2022 from 14 to 18 November.
