The design and management of projects from A to Z

This seminar is an interactive journey through the lifespan of European projects, from EU funding to tender writing, project implementation and evaluation. Participants will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the essential techniques for successful, cost-effective management of EU projects. This is a particularly pertinent course for those wishing to understand the EU funding process in these most uncertain economic times. The seminar will take place in an online format from 7 to 11 June 2021 and is organized by the College of Europe Development Office.

Another edition takes place in 2021 from 15 to 19 November.
