European Concert

On Europe Day, Wednesday 9 May, the Local Committee for the College of Europe organised its eighteenth European Concert at the St. Saviour’s Cathedral (Steenstraat, Brugge). This year we were proud to announce ‘Serenada’, a chamber orchestra from Lugansk (Ukraine) featuring different musical masterpieces of Bach, Khoury, Lennon & McCartney, Mozart, Piazolla, Tchaikowsky and Vivaldi amongst many others.

The profits from ticket sales and sponsorship are donated to the Students' Fund of the College of Europe, which is used to provide a scholarship for a Belgian student to study at the College.
