In April 2020, the Natolin Security and Defence Society (NSDS) ran a series of European Security Webinars. The fourth and last instalment this month addressed Cyber warfare and democracy in Europe.

But what do we call hybrid threats and cyber warfare? 
By which mechanisms do cyber threats endanger the well-functioning of our democracies? 
How does the European Union protect its democracy from cyber warfare?

The list of invited speakers included:

The conversation was moderated Ms Shahira TARRASH. The motley audience of over 60 people included: students from both Natolin and Bruges campuses, doctoral students, academic assistants, researchers, professors, Blue book and Schuman trainees, communication officers, lawyers, business consultants, auditors, investment advisors, CEOs, embassy attachés, diplomats, civil servants, and officials from the OSCE, the EEAS, and the European Commission.​
