Keynote speech by Mr Joaquín Almunia

Mr Joaquín Almunia, Vice-president of the European Commission and Competition Commissioner, gave a keynote speech in the framework of the IberoAmerican National Week 2010.

The speech was followed by a reception and was open to all students.
