Lecture by Mr Elmar BROK on "The Making of European Diplomats"

Mr Elmar BROK, Member of the European Parliament, gave a lecture on "The Making of European Diplomats : Setting up the European External Action Service".

The lecture took place in room E on Monday 22 February 2010 at 8 p.m. and was organised by the EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies Department.
