Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 24 September 1984. 

Altiero SPINELLI , President of the Institutional Commision of the European Parliament, delivered the opening address to the students of the Madame DE STAËL Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
