Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 1 October 1979. 

Andries VAN AGT , Prime Minister of the Netherlands, delivered the opening address to the students of the Salvador DE MADARIAGA Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
