Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 20 October 1978. 

 Guy SPITAELS, Belgian Minister for Employment and Labour, delivered the opening address to the students of the Paul-Henri SPAAK Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
