Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the seventy-second academic year of the College of Europe takes place in the Concert Hall ('t Zand, Bruges) on Wednesday 27 October 2021 at 11 a.m.

Mr Herman VAN ROMPUY, President of the Administrative Council of the College of Europe, presides over the ceremony.

Mrs Federica MOGHERINI, Rector of the College of Europe, recalls Eliane Vogel-Polsky, Patroness of the Promotion 2021-2022.

Mr Alexander DE CROO, Prime Minister of Belgium, delivers the opening address.

Mr Dirk DE FAUW, Mayor of the City of Bruges.

Mr Carl DECALUWE, Governor of the Province of West-Flanders.
