Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 1 December 2003. 

Joschka FISCHER, German Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, delivered the opening address to the students of the John LOCKE Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
