Professional Training: EU Project Management – From A to Z

From 10 to 14 October 2011, the Development Office of the College of Europe has organised the first edition of its newly created “EU Project Management Course”, which took place in Bruges at the Verversdijk extension.

The EU Project Management course was primarily targeted at professionals from public, private and non-profit sectors from both EU and non-EU countries.

In a five-day seminar, EU Project Management was taught through introductions, exercises, simulations, case studies, debriefings and discussions.

An interactive journey along the life of EU projects, from fund raising, through tender writing, to project implementation and evaluation.
