Training course : Practical approach to the European Union

In partnership with the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), the College of Europe Development Office is organizing a training course in French on the "Practical approach to the European Union". This course will take place in Bruges and Brussels and will be attended by 25 young diplomats from northern and sub-Saharan Africa.
