Opening of the 56th academic year at the Bruges Campus of the College of Europe by Javier Solana, High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy and Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union.

The Opening Ceremony of the 56th academic year at the Bruges Campus of the College of Europe took place at the Bruges Hallen on Wednesday 19th October.

The guest of honour was Javier Solana, High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy and Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union.
