Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The Federal Chancellor of Germany Mrs Angela Merkel, having to attend an unforeseen session of the Bundestag in Berlin, was unable to deliver the opening speech for the academic year 2008-09 at the College of Europe in Bruges. Therefore the opening ceremony has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
