Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 23 September 1991. 

Flavio COTTI , President of the Swiss Confederation, delivered the opening address to the students of the Wolfgang Amadeus MOZART Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
