Opening Ceremony, Bruges Campus

The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 20 September 1988. 

RT Hon Mrs Margaret THATCHER , Prime Minister of UK, delivered the opening address to the students of the Christopher DAWSON Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
